Battlefield 4 gets a pair of new interior screenshots

Tuesday, 7th May 2013 11:24 GMT By Dave Cook

Battlefield 4 developer DICE has released a pair of fresh screens for its current and next-gen shooter, showing off some dank interior environments.

CVG has the shots here, and they’re watermarked so I won’t host them here.

They look rather shiny, but don’t show the wide open expanses we’re used to from the series. There’s plenty of time yet for that though.

Meanwhile DICE has allegedly sent out an online survey asking gamers what they want to see from the game’s DLC slate, including naval battles, dinosaurs and more. Check it out here.

What do you think?

They showed plenty of wide open areas in the gameplay video, so I don’t mind.
But I don’t like the low detail look of the rubble in the second shot. Reminds me of something that games could really use: https://vimeo.com/8589074
Would smooth out some of the edges on those pieces of rubble there.
