Cross Horizon trademark outs new Marvelous AQL title

Marvelous AQL seems to be prepping a mysterious new title for western release.

Siliconera turned up a US trademark filing for Cross Horizon, complete with logo, made by Marvelous AQL.

Normally, Marvelous's games are fully revealed for and sometimes even released in Japan before marketing begins in the west, so it's quite unusual that we don't have any idea what this is.

The Japanese publisher has two known games on its slate planned for or likely to receive western release - Muramasa Rebirth and Kaio: King of Pirates - but its catalogue is quite extensive. It owns Harvest Moon, and is the Japanese publisher for Soul Sacrifice, Skullgirls, Deadly Premonition and Rune Factory. It is associated with many lauded Japanese designers including Keiji Inafune, Yasuhiro Wada, Hidetaka "Swery" Suehiro and Tomio Kanzawa, and it absorbed Cavia.
