Call of Juarez: Gunslinger due May 22

Call of Juarez: Gunslinger, a good old fashioned spaghetti western shootout, arrives via digital distribution next month.

The Techland-developed shooter hits PC, the PlayStation Network and Xbox Live Arcade worldwide on May 22 - although we can probably expect a delay for local PlayStation Store updates.

It will set you back the regional equivalent of £12 on PC and PlayStation 3, and 1200 Microsoft. If you pre-order on PC, you'll score a free copy of Call Of Juarez: Bound in Blood, and if you place your order through Ubisoft's own Uplay, you'll get an exclusive pack of "legendary" weapons.

Described as "a real homage to the Wild West tales and era", Gunslinger has you in the role of bounty hunter Silas Greaves, chasing down some of the period's most notorious criminals. It features legends like Pat Garret, Jesse James and Butch Cassidy, and lets you shoot them all in the balls, for which you'll earn extra points. I played it a bit recently and enjoyed that part quite a lot.
