The claim comes in contradiction to documents obtained by Polygon, which suggest the offers won’t be presented in court until May, let alone finalised – but perhaps we’ll just hear who bid how much and for what. Darksiders, Homeworld, MX vs ATV, Red Faction and two bundles of licensed and in-house properties were offered in this most recent round of auctioneering.
