Battlefield 4 pre-order incentives detailed

Wednesday, 27th March 2013 12:35 GMT By Dave Cook

Battlefield 4 was announced last night at GDC, and EA has now confirmed some of the shooter’s pre-order goodies.

MCV reports that all pre-order customers will receive a Premium Expansion Pack, the contents of which are not yet disclosed.

But if you pre-order it on PC via Origin, you will also receive the Premium Expansion Pack, Battlefield 4 Beta access and some rather vague ‘bonus in-game content’. Mysterious. It’s out on PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 this Autumn.

Meanwhile, watch the debut Battlefield 4 trailer here, read Steph’s impressions of what she saw of the reveal last night, and read my blog about why the game’s shiny visuals won’t matter if the gameplay is guff.

Shouldn’t the title of this news be: Battlefield 4 pre-order incentives not yet detailed?

not as detailed as I was expecting, though admittedly equally as interesting as a full write up

And after they release the game we’ll find out that the Premium pack only contains 1 update and that there’s going to be something else like a Platinum pack which will contain the other updates so we will have to buy that too..
