Plants vs Zombies 2 pushed back to early summer

In a press release regarding the newly-revealed social effort Plants vs Zombies Adventures, PopCap also mentioned that the sequel to the best-selling tower defence title has been delayed. Originally expected sometime in northern spring, Plants vs Zombies 2 is now lasted for an "early summer" release. We still know almost nothing about the much-anticipated title, but you can probably expect it on a range of platforms thanks to EA's porting grunt.
