GTA: Vice City modder re-creating full game in GTA 4

Grand Theft Auto: Vice City is deemed by many fans to be the pinnacle of the series so far. Maybe it's the neon lights, the beats of Twisted Sister drifting on the breeze, but a modder has taken matters into their own hands and is remaking the whole bloody thing in GTA 4.
PCGamesN reports that intrepid modder Garju67 is handling development. You may recognise them as the same modder who ported GTA 3 to Rockstar's RAGE engine.

The mod hasn't been dated for release yet, but it's looking pretty sweet so far wouldn't you say?
