BeatBuddy releasing summer, free demo on Steam now

BeatBuddy is the musical platformer from indie developer Threaks. The game has been confirmed for a PC and Mac Steam release this summer.

Joystiq reports that BeatBuddy will be playable at PAX East, and that it also features a level by Grammy-nominated Journey composer Austin Wintory.

Similar to Sound Shapes, each level is synced up with the overlying musical track and shifts in response to your movement. You can check out the game's Steam hub here.
