Scott Pilgrim's long-delayed DLC finally available this week

Scott Pilgrim vs The World's vapourous DLC will finally condense into something you can actually download. Probably.

The DLC allows you to play co-operatively online, as opposed to the local multiplayer offered when the game launched in 2010, and finally adds in the anticipated extra character, Scott's roommate Wallace Wells.

News of its imminent arrival comes via the PlayStation Blog, but given the DLC was listed for Xbox Live release just before its last delay, we can probably expect it on both systems. It hits the PSN with this week's update, adds four new trophies, and will cost $5. PlayStation Plus users enjoy a 20% discount for two weeks.

The extra content was announced in August 2012, and has been mysteriously delayed three times in the interim.
