Gears of War: Judgment has received its launch trailer from Epic Games and People Can Fly. It’s got a cracking soundtrack and many shots of Baird and his trademark bad attitude.

What do you think? Are you excited? Let us know below.

Thanks RipTen.

Sometime in the upcoming months i’ll pick this up. I feel bad for the hardcore Gears MP players though, from what i understand they totally butchered everything that was cool and was typically Gears.

Some of the hardcore fans from the Epic forums managed to get their hands on this game during an LA event and said it was pretty solid.

@3: same here. i really like the games. i think gears 3 was an awesome game with very few flaws. but 3 games is enough for this franchise imho.

maybe a reboot / spin off in 5+ years or so would be great, but for now they should´ve putted it to rest for a while imo…i am personally just not interested or hyped about gears judgment now, even though i really like the gears games. i think it´s a great game. awesome gameplay mechanics.

i even had wet eyes in gears 3….seriously. all this cheesy tough guy shit….but there´s one scene that really made me sad :D
    well done epic.

I’m just fed up with all these cover system shooters. Gears, was cool back in 2006 when it came out. I played all three of them. But the lack of any upgrading system in the single player gets boring. No new skills, or updates to the combat throughout the whole campaign just makes it boring to play, unless you have a few buddies. The next gears needs to make the characters quicker, make exploration or skill points available. I would love to see a jumping mechanic and less bulky ass armor. The characters look retarded in all the armor.
