Gears of War Exile: Epic offers no comment on ‘really cool’ proposed game

Gears of War: Exile was said to be the victim of a screenshot leak last month. Epic Games has been probed – not literally – about the Kinect game’s existence in a new interview, but the studio isn’t biting, besides calling the rumoured project ‘really cool’.

Make of this one what you will, but OXM quizzed Epic Game’s level designer Jim Brown and art director Waylon Brinck about the alleged Gears of War: Exile screenshots.

“Erm, we’re not going to talk about it,” replied Brown.

“We have nothing to say on a proposed game that could be really cool and is now possibly having screenshots out, I don’t know”, said Brinck.

Hmm. Well, did OXM almost trip them up here, or are they being coy buggers? Let us know below.
