GameFly restructuring result in lay-offs
Game rental service and digital distributor GameFly issued a round of lay-offs earlier today. The company explained the cuts as a result of restructuring, but did not give details. Joystiq cites one anonymous source for word that cuts were around one third of total staff, while another put the figure at 35.

Nothing funny about folks losing their jobs. Good luck to them.

The lol wasn’t about the jobs being lost troll it was about the company who’s whole purpose is to make money in games and never pay the developers never see a penny. . Come on how many game developers lose their jobs? Because they don’t break even . But the used games sales and rentals are doing numbers. .. I’m all for cutting out gamefly and gamestop! !. Stop robbing and stealing. So the poor guy/lady who lost jobs sorry for you. But I’m on the company’s side here
