Sony Online Entertainment now taking G.I.R.L. Scholarship applications

Sony Online Entertainment’s G.I.R.L. Scholarship returns for a sixth year, and the publisher is now taking applications.The program offers $10,000 for tuition and educational expenses to one female student in gaming-related disciplines, as well as a ten week internship in San Diego. Applications close March 29 and can be made here.

Hardly sexism, the industry is dominated by males, they’re just encouraging some diversity.
