inFamous: Second Son announced for PS4

inFamous: Second Son has been announced for PS4 by Sucker Punch at Sony’s PlayStation Meeting event tonight.

Nate Fox from Sucker Punch unveiled the game, which saw a city under control by the DUP corporation, in a world ruled by security and surveillance. A new band of super-humans have developed powers and have decided to resit the DUP’s control.

The clip then showed surveillance streams from a security room, surveying the city. Suddenly an explosion rips through a building, killing bystanders. A super-human then phases in and out in a red mist, taking down guards, and then grabbing a camera. He looked a lot like DmC’s Dante in a beanie hat. he uses a chain as a weapon.

The character wasn’t named, but he could be filling in for Cole. We’ll have more as it happens.

SOny knew exactly what it would take to persuade me to buy the PS4. ALl I need is a release date and I will know when I need to get a PS4.
