F-Zero hitting Wii U Virtual Console tomorrow at 30p
F-Zero will launch on Wii U Virtual Console at just 30p tomorrow. Get the penny jar out people.
The SNES edition of F-Zero comes as part of Nintendo’s ’30 Cents for 30 Days’ promotion that sees retro games added to Wii U’s Virtual Console for cheap for a limited time, before reverting back to full price.
ONM reports that it’s the US version of the SNES game, which runs at 60hz, rather than the lesser port we originally received here in the Europe.
So, who’s buying?

That’s a nice price though wish we were getting Fire Emblem like the Japanese!

@2 Not sad at all! I hooked up my Super Famicom the other day to play this gem. 30 cents is a steal.

Yep, I am buying. When I first heard about it, I was already sold. For 30p. hell yeah!
And now the US version, which has higher res (480p against the 576i in PAL region) and 60Hz. Thank you Ninty!
