GRID 2 gameplay: Chicago street racing at night

A big favourite for GRID fans returns: say hello again to the streets of Chicago. In the latest GRID 2 gameplay drop, we take to some street racing late at night. There’s some input from the game’s executive producer Clive Moody too. Oh and some fast driving.

In case you missed it, VG247 sent Phil Owen to go and play the game last week. Read his preview of GRID 2 here.

GRID 2 will launch the last week of May on PC, PS3 and Xbox 360.

Wish I could drive like that. I ping pong ball around in most games like this. And thus, I don’t enjoy one of my all time fav generes much anymore. Too damn hard for me to drive most cars in most games.

I can only handle about half of the cars in Grid. They reach a point where they becomes too fast, too twicthy to handle.

And I spent 14 yrs of my like behind a wheel on a real race track.

Just the games are often accelerated and the reactions and level of sensitive twitchyness needed is crazy. Wheel(on xb) doesn’t help, makes it worse. PC games far a bit better because of the slidders you can adjust. But still to fast for me.
