System Shock 2 launches as GOG exclusive tomorrow

System Shock 2 is the rather excellent spiritual predecessor to the BioShock series. If you haven’t played it already you really should check it out when it launches exclusively on GOG tomorrow – even just to experience SHODAN, one of the best game villains out there today.

Last week we reported that System Shock 2 was classified for digital distribution, but now RPS confirms that the game is coming to GOG.com tomorrow

The game will hit GOG at 11:00 AM GMT, priced $9.99.

Who’s buying?

Not me. didn’t like it back then, doubt I will like it now. Setting was great, just found it boring when I played it.

Shame though, as every part of the concept Is something I would of expected me to love.

I’ve been wanting to play this since I played the first BioShock. Being away from high-end hardware until the summer, this is going to be my BioShock Infinite, I think. Day One/Seven Thousand One Hundred and Twenty Eight purchase.

This game was amazing, I played it really late but it still blew me away. If you like bioshock or deus ex and don’t mind playing an old, low poly game this game is a real treat. I cant wait!

This is the game which will make you realize how much of a piece of shit Bioshock is.
