StarCraft 2: 2.0.4 patch "on the horizon", could be 6GB in size

StarCraft 2's incoming 2.0.4 patch has been confirmed as rather large by Blizzard, and could contain a new replay feature, GUI enhancements and more.

PCGamesN reports that Blizzard took to its forums to discuss the patch, which it cautions is not small by any measure.

In fact, a member of the Team Liquid forums suggested that the patch could weigh in at 6GB.

The site suggests that the patch could include a resume from replay” function - as suggested by Blizzard's Mike Morhaime recently - as well as improved Clans and Groups functionality, Strategy and Coaching lobbies for players to dispense tips and tactics to others, and more.

Meanwhile a rather large £10,000 UK tourney for StarCraft 2: Heart of the Swarm has kicked off. Read all about it here.
