SEGA Q3: Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed moves 930,000 units
Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed is getting close to the 1 million sold mark, according to SEGA’s latest financials.

According to the firm’s Q3 figures (PDF), the title moved 930,000 copies across North America and Europe PS3, Wii U, Vita and Xbox 360 during November and December. A 3DS version was released this week.
Football Manager 2013 has moved 730,000 copies since its October release in North America and Europe on PC and PSP, and has been download over 500,000 times on iOS.
Yakuza 5 shipped 580,000 by December 31, when SEGA’s reporting period ended, and Phantasy Star Online 2 now have over 1.7 million registered users.
Overall profits of ¥3 billion($32 million) were reported, with the consumer division pulling in ¥519 million ($5.6 million).
Packaged games pulled in ¥26.3 billion ($283 million) while digital profits came to ¥20.5 billion ($221 million).

Serious?
I gave it a chance. Played it for several hours, and while it indeed is a good game, the fun factor was zero for me. Just didn’t like it at all.

I liked it when I was actually racing a lot. Some of the mini games you had to complete to unlock things were tedious though.
