BioShock: Infinite Best Buy pre-orders wiped in glitch

If you’ve pre-ordered a copy of BioShock: Infinite from best Buy, check your account and make the order is still active; Side Questing reports a glitch wiped out an estimated 3,000 pre-orders this week. Happily, the issue is easily remedied by calling Best Buy customer support, which will offer a $10 gift card for the inconvenience. BioShock: Infinite releases in early March, on PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

Technically I could just walk in and say “Yea I pre-ordered” couldn’t I? If they lost their records of it before, I don’t see how they could call me a liar…

^ They would ask you for your receipt. But hell if I won’t try myself ;)
