Visceral Games has announced the first DLC for Dead Space 3 will arrive in March.

Called Awakened, the DLC will contain some of the “darkest chapters as the Necromorph battles become even more gruesome and terrifying than ever before.”

The pack will be available in March through Origin, PSN and XBL for $9.99/800 MS Points.

Dead Space 3 is now available in North America and will be available February 8 in Europe.

A reviews round up is here, and you can read Stace’s take on the game here.

For once i don’t care about this. It’s allready a 12-16 hour game which is twice as long as most games these days.

Am I the only one to think that there should be a regulamentation of DLCs? They should not release a DLC that was ready when the game was launched.

Pretty sure the DLC wouldn’t fit in the Main Game story anyway, like Severed didn’t fit with DS2′s story.

The only thing more repetitive than launch complete DLC news is the comments where people complain about it.

    Vote with your wallet.

But you know what? People will pay. So save your breath.

Severed also came out 2 month’s after Dead Space 2, so what’s the problem with having some new content after a month?
