Dead Space watch limited to just 500
EA is offering pre-orders on a Dead Space-branded watch.
Only 500 of the Meister Watches-made CEC Engineer-Class Timepieces will be produced, and they’re priced at $265.
The restrained design features a copper and 316L LASA grade stainless steel bezel, a black rubber strap, a carbon fibre dual layer dial, Japanese 3-hand and date quartz movement, and 100m of water resistance.
The back is laser-etched with a Dead Space 3 logo and an individual number, and it comes in a box with the Dead Space logo.
Isaac can be seen wearing the watch in Dead Space 3, which releases this week on PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

Not my cup of tea, especially for that price. But at least it has a function–it tells time. I just finished reading a post by some nut on another game site who collects PS3 models–all HD sizes, all colors–which he has on display in his “game room”. He listed 15 that he currently owns, but intends to buy more. That’s a whole lot of brand new PS3′s, never used, just sitting there.

265$ for a normal watch (i.e. not a cheap Swatch gimmick) isn’t that much.
Anyway, why the fuck does it have the crown on the wrong (left) side?
Who wears a watch on the right arm?
