Diablo 3 updated patch 1.0.7 notes released for Public Test Realm
Blizzard has updated the Public Test Realm patch notes for Diablo 3. Through the notes, you will find some balances mentioned, the usual bug fixes, drop rate changes, account-bound craftable items with boosted stats, a damage boost for rubies, PvP duelling changes regarding damage reduction, along with changes to reflected damage.
