Mass Effect 3 screens likely to be DLC teases

Mass Effect 3 development staff have released two new screenshots showing off what is believed to be the next single-player DLC pack for the 2012 sci-fi RPG.

The images below were shared separately but almost simultaneously by executive producer Casey Hudson and producer Mike Gamble on Twitter. Both images were retweeted by other BioWare staffers, but the developer has kept silent on the import.

Still, it seems pretty likely the screens are from Mass Effect 3's next DLC, which apparently involves every writer at BioWare Edmonton. Voice work for the module was being prepared in December.

Mass Effect 3 launched in March 2012 and has produced several single-player add-ons. From Ashes was available at release, but the Extended Cut and multiplayer DLC intervened before Leviathan dropped in September. Omega, the largest expansion to date, arrived in November.

Mass Effect 3 is available on PC, PlayStation 3, Wii U and Xbox 360. Omega and subsequent DLC is not expected on the Wii U.
