Marlow Briggs "game software" trademark filed by Microsoft

Microsoft filed a trademark application for "Marlow Briggs" on January 24 with the USPTO, and the application cites "game software" as the description. No other information was found in the application, but a representative for the firm told Gamespot it "often acquires various trademarks as part of its ongoing business strategy," and beyond that it had no comment. This is the second games-related trademark dug up for the firm in the last two weeks, the other was "Gunpowder". Let the speculation begin. We're sure it's not a sink, though.
