Little Inferno headed to iPad this week

Little Inferno makes the jump to iDevice on Thursday.

Tomorrow Corporation announced a January 31 release date for the pyromania sim on iPad.

The iPad version comes in English, Spanish, French, Dutch and German with Brazilian Portuguese and Italian due soon. It will support GameCenter achievements, and will not have any in-game ads or purchases.

Little Inferno, also available on Wii U and PC, has drawn critical praise for its gameplay, which is both a parody and an excellent example of tiered progress - players unlock items solely so they can unlock more items, until there are no more items to be had. It's one of the top entrants in this year's independent Games Festival Awards.
