Amazon match Best Buy to offer Xbox Live Gold discount

Xbox Live Gold cards are now available from Amazon for $35 in a bid to match Best Buy's offer at the same price.

The offer applies to physical Gold cards, with Amazon digital codes going for $40 and Best Buy having already sold out, reports Joystiq. Three-month Gold memberships are going for $21 on Amazon but stay at the full price of $25 at Best Buy, which is offering physical Halo 4 and Black Ops 2 12-month Gold membership cards for the $35 sale price, evening it out for some.
