Corpse Party: Book of Shadows hits PSN Europe today

Corpse Party: Book of Shadows will hit PSN in your European territory today, courtesy of publisher XSEED. Both the PSP and PS Vita versions will be available at launch.

In a note passed to VG247 today, XSEED confirmed that the game would sell at €14.99 on both formats, adding, “The sequel to 2011’s hit horror title, Corpse Party, which follows the tales of a group of Japanese high school students trapped in an alternate reality, Corpse Party: Book of Shadows tells a series of short stories that help develop many of the characters introduced in the first game and explores some hypothetical scenarios, finally answering those “What if they survived?”

    Already have it (in the US). Great game but really needs the first one to be finished. And the final “preview” chapter is awesomeballs. Can’t wait to see what comes of it.

    The first one is an RPG maker title about exploration of a haunted school. Its all locked up and falling apart and spooky.

    Book of Shadows from what I can tell until tonight when Ill get it is more like a Visual Novel with some interactive elements like scanning environments and what not.

    Its like a Japanese version of those First Person Horror Adventure games that the PC is filled with.
