Trine 2 Wii U release in Australia held up due to being "stuck in the submission process"

Trine 2 for Wii U has been "stuck in the submission" process in Australia and New Zealand, according to Frozenbyte, but the developer hopes the title will be released by the end of the month.

Speaking on the developer's website, marketing manager Mikael Haveri said the same applies to the European and North American title update.

Once the update us approved, it will be released, providing "better graphics," voice chat and Wii U Pro Controller support.

The game's launch was initially delayed in Australia due the developer not submitting it to the Classification Board in time, pushing its release into mid-December.

Now, it's being released even later due to the submission process. A release date should hopefully come sometime next week, according to the developer.
