Tomb Raider doesn’t feature an Online or Season Pass, no demo on the horizon
Crystal Dynamics has confirmed a Tomb Raider demo isn’t on the cards, nor is the inclusion of a Season or Online Pass when the full game hits.

Tomb Raider Global Manager Karl Stewart explained the situation on Twitter, confirming the studio isn’t releasing a demo because “we don’t want to spoil the story.”
“We’ve weaved such an personal story we don’t believe spoiling it by having you wait a week or so to play on, delivers on our promise,” he added.
Although the game will feature Tomb Raider’s first ever multiplayer stint, players won’t need to purchase a Season or Online Pass to play.
The game releases on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC in March.
Thanks, Eurogamer.

That’s okay. I don’t need convincing to give Crystal Dynamics my money.
Hopefully, I’ll be able to gain enough money to pre-purchase it again near its release date. Had to cancel my GMG pre-purchase due to financial reasons. =(

Tomb Raiding into new territory blind-folded. As if they couldn’t have polished the trade show demo and delivered that, with a teaser reel at the end…? >:( I want to know what the game’s like to play, before buying. What with another multiplayer (which even the makers say is superfluous) but moreover, a lack of coverage around gameplay of this one, it has shifted down to a “wait for feedback”. I don’t like their communication around the game. Does little to instill confidence.
