Worlds of Tanks boasts 10,000 concurrent users in Korea

Wargaming.net's World of Tanks is no stranger to whopping statistics but here's a new and impressive one.

Having launched in Korea on December 27, the combat MMO has already topped 10,000 concurrent users, according to ThisIsGame.

Over 150,000 Korean players have registered for the quiet phenomenon of war sims, with a further 45,000 expected to transfer from international accounts during a two month grace periods.

Local Wargaming representatives believe first time Korean players - widely acknowledged to be among some of the strongest gamers in the world - will be as proficient as veterans in no time. It'll be something of a relief to know the best players are off beating each other's tanks up, really.

Thanks, Massively.
