Bayonetta 2, Metal Gear Rising & The Wonderful 101 lead Platinum Games 2013 showreel

Bayonetta 2, Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance and The Wonderful 101 are just three Platinum Games titles launching in 2013 and beyond. The developer has published a year’s show-reel this morning that showcases its projects, and also looks back at some of the studio’s past releases as well. Still, where’s the actual Bayonetta 2 gameplay guys?

Thanks CVG.

Bayonetta 2, a shame it is now a WiiU exclusive title, well as much as the first one was cool, it didn’t sit well with me, don’t get me wrong, the gameplay was awesome, the bosses fights were really cool, but the story was so Sub-Par that it hurts, and I am bad at expecting bad stories.

The Wonderful 101 looks kinda cool as well, anyway I think WiiU may have a very strong year in 2013, well as long as they push people into buying the console before MS & Sony announce X720 & PS4, cause afterwards selling the WiiU will be even harder.

@1 It’s not a shame dude. Sony and Microsoft didn’t want the game on their formats. Nintendo saved it. Without them we may not be playing it at all :)

bayonetta2 is now a wii-u exclusive title, what a joke. i will never buy that shit wii-u. let me tell you this..

wii-u is not nextgen it is lastgen and a toy for kids that dont know better and immature adults. everyone says cod is the same shit all over. but mario, donkey kong and zeld have been done to death since the 80′s. these nintendo games put cod to shame when it comes to repeating the same shit every year.

@4: i am so glad that i don’t have to bother with your shite on miiverse then. but seriouslly, have fun playing with your ”cool” nextgen hardcore buddies on the ps. you must be a REAL gamer…you found out that there’s no difference in a paper mario, a nsmb, a galaxy mario, a mario kart…sure all the same gameplayshit repeating itself over and over again. must take your long hardcore experience to see that. i’m just a noob thinking those games are totally different genres just sharing the same character. i thought that is clever and innovative but now you opened my eyes…man am “I” brainwashed.

@4 and @6 you both have opposite opinions, might I just say that Platinum Games will, beg your pardon, fuck up, as usual? I’m just assuming a general view here, as I do enjoy their games, but they don’t actually please most of their buyers, the said example is a console war, that happened in Bayoneta (One) after the PS3 port suffering for intense bugs. MGR is no exception: they changed the game’s original concept, but it is fun to play and hopefully will be a success although many won’t like it.

Technically speaking, Sega fucked up Bayonetta on PS3, and Platinum came in and fixed MGR after Kojima’s rookie team couldn’t handle it.
