Sound Shapes update adds Christmas instruments to editor

By Brenna Hillier, Wednesday, 19 December 2012 22:46 GMT

Sound Shapes has been patched with a free content drop; get your PlayStation 3 or Vita onto the PlayStation Network to score five new Christmas-themed instruments for your editor.

According to a Queasy Games post on the PlayStation Blog, the new instruments have been taken from classic carols.

You can see – or hear, I guess – the new editor items in action in the trailer below.

The free update is a holiday gift from Sony and the development team, apparently; Queasy has asked players to use the hashtag #XMAS in any holiday-themed levels and staff members will check them out over the vacation.
