4J always seems to surprise me whenever I think the next update is way off.

Where do we find shrubs and ferns?As well my netherwart will not grow nor can I find any Blaze spawners in my stronghold to collect Blaze rods for brewing stands.Do we need a specific seed to aquire these items or will there be patches made for these?
