Street Fighter x Mega Man: free download live now, servers hammered

Street Fighter x Mega Man, the free platform cross over game by Capcom is available now on PC. The good news is that it’s completely free, and the bad news is that you’re all trying to download it, making the server painfully slow. Get the details below.

The 33.8 MB game will be downloaded on my laptop in about 50 minutes, suggesting that everyone wants in on Capcom’s free game. No wonder, as the Mega Man series hasn’t been that active as of late, prompting the developer to give away the game for free as a humble apology for the Blue Bomber’s absence.

In the game, Mega Man tussles with eight Street Fighter legends, including Ryu, Blanka and Chun-Li across eight stages that follow their classic Street Fighter II arenas.
