Metal Gear Rising PS3 & Xbox 360 demo launching in the West from January

Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance is getting a PS3 and Xbox 360 demo across Western territories in January, Konami has confirmed.

Konami announced the demo’s release via Twitter this morning. Although the 3.5GB demo is already available to Zone of the Enders HD Collection owners, a standalone version will hit Xbox Live and PSN in January, ahead of the game’s February 22nd release in the UK and across Europe.

VG247 has played the demo, and it’s a peach. It sees Raiden fighting through a small cobbled town, scrapping with patrolling guards – either by stealth or full-on aggression – and tussling with a Gekko mech. It’s rather fast, rather insane and very, very fast. Bayonetta fans should be excited.

Thanks Eurogamer.

@2

I was totally heart broken when It was downloading and I was reading reports on the region locked issue lol

I’m glad this is coming, I’ll buy the game without second thought anyway because of Platinum Games but It’ll be nice to try the demo as soon as…
