Warner and MGM invest in The Hobbit: Kingdoms of Middle-earth developer Kabam

Kabam, the developers of The Hobbit: Kingdoms of Middle-earth, has secured investments from Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. and MGM Studios. The investment will see Warner Bros. Home Entertainment president Kevin Tsujihara joining Kabam's board of directors, and Gary Barber, the CEO of MGM will also join the board as an "observer." Kabam's second title in the Hobbit series, Armies of the Third Age, is currently in beta and expected to be released on PC. Via Reuters.
