GamesMaster Sir Patrick Moore passes away
Sir Patrick Moore who appeared as the Games Master on the videogame show of the same name on U.K. television has passed away at the age of 89.

Moore was also the presenter of the BBC show The Sky At Night for over 50 years and wrote many books on Astronomy. His research was used by the US and Russia in their space programs, reports Polygon.
He performed on the show The Sky At Night from 1957 up until the episode broadcast last Monday, making him the longest running host of the same television show ever.

He lived just around the corner for me and was still a legend till the end. Every year he’d give a little speech at the local fireworks event, Selsey will not be the same without him.

Some kid had the same problem on Gamesmaster.

Sad news indeed. Man was a genius and a joy to watch on the telly. RIP the one and only Gamesmaster!
