City of Heroes players hold Unity Rally on game's last evening live

City of Heroes, the first superhero MMO which launched in 2004, is no more, as NCSoft shut the game servers down last night at 11.59pm PST. Players held a final Unity Rally on all servers at City Hall as a last goodbye until the lights went out over Paragon City. NCSoft announced in August the MMO would be shuttered along with Paragon Studios due to a “realignment of company focus and publishing support.” Surely the game's players gave CoH a send off worthy of a superhero last night. Thanks, TenTonHammer.
