Gran Turismo 5 boasts exclusive Corvette C7 Test Prototype
Gran Turismo 5 fans, hit up the PlayStation Store to grab a new piece of free DLC featuring Chevrolet’s ultra-secret Corvette C7 Test Prototype.
Let me tell you how secret this prototype is: not only does it not appear in any other games, nobody’s even seen it. The in-game model is carefully camouflaged, as is the vehicle at any and all public appearances. Spy photos of the damned thing are worth $100,000 each.
The prototype is due for official reveal on January 13, 2013. This is the closest you can get till then. Screen and trailer below.

So we’d be driving a nice car with a tarp over its details? Is that what it actually looks like, or are they releasing a patch later that’d show what it’ll actually look like once its been unveiled?

^ They’ll most probably patch it; Chevrolet will see to that. Just enjoy the secretive fabric for now.

I hope the test driver’s kids didn’t just read that.

I am damn sure they pasted the fabric over it. It would have been amazing if some hacker meddled with the dlc files and got a look at the real car by peeling over the fabric.
Although I am surprised how the fabric doesn’t blow off when driving around at 200kmph+, must be some new tech

I hope that car is better than the Chevrolet I’ve been driving for the last 3 weeks. That thing is a shed.
