3DS title Resident Evil: Revelations listed for console release

Not had enough zombie-based fun across the last year? Did Operation Raccoon City, Resident Evil 6 and The Walking Dead leave you wanting more time with those stumbling pests? According to yet another listing unearthed before its time, more of those groaners are heading towards your screen.

It looks as if Capcom is getting ready to port Resident Evil: Revelations, a 3DS-only title, towards the console market. A listing on the Korean Ratings Board indicates the title is heading to both the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

Revelations received positive reviews upon its original January 2012 release. While Operation Raccoon City is hardly worth talking about, and Resident Evil 6 received mixed reviews, Revelations could be considered the most interesting Resi title of the year. Resident Evil 7 is likely to be some years away, so it makes sense Capcom would keep the franchise running with a straight port.

The publisher has provided no official response as of yet. We'll keep you up to date as soon as we hear anything.

Thanks, NeoGAF.
