Super Hexagon hits Steam next week

Super Hexagon, a hard-as-nails iOS game currently causing lifelong feuds between a number of rival games writers, is on its way to Steam.

The deceptively simple title is coming to Mac and PC on November 27, creator Terry Cavanagh announced on his blog.

The game will be priced at $3, just like the iOS version, but Cavanagh is hoping for a launch discount. The Steam version was re-written in C++ and supports a much higher resolution than the mobile release.

Super Hexagon shifted 10,000 copies during its iOS launch window. Cavanagh's previous works include retro platformer VVVVVV.
