Hero-U: Rogue to Redemption successfully funded
Hero-U: Rogue to Redemption, a nw game from the team behind Quest for Glory, has successfully met its Kickstarter funding goal.

The campaign launched in October requesting $400,000, and was funded with just a few hours to spare after a very hairy final week in which many fans feared a disappointment.
According to a recent project’s website. Donations and orders placed in the next few months will count towards stretch goals and offer rewards, but after that any money sent will be accepted as a standard pre-order.
All rewards are detailed at the link above, but here are the current stretch goals:
- 500,000 – You can have a pet Meep (Well, Shawn can, anyway)
- $600,000 – Voice Acting
- $700,000 – FIGS (French/Italian/German/Spanish) Localization
The project is a turn-based RPG with a number of interesting features, from some well-respected names – Quest for Glory designers Cory and Lori Cole, in collaboration with Australian indies Brawsome.
Thanks, Polygon.

Hooray! I’m so very glad about this. I mean, we’ve got the QfG devs and Brawsome working together on a game. This needs to exist.
