EVE Online bounties, wars and kill rights to be overhauled

EVE Online's upcoming Retribution update includes a couple of tweaks to existing game systems, all of them to do with murder. Bounties are to be made cheaper and more transparent - no more anonymous hit requests - while kill rights will be accessible from character sheets and easier to understand. Wars get a look in, too; if you initiate a war and it becomes mutual, you can back out like a coward, and multiple wars will now be cheaper thanks to the axing of multipliers. There's a lot more detail in this developer blog. Retribution lands on December 4.

Thanks, Massively.
