The Last Story is XSEED's most successful game to date, claims publisher

The Last Story has been XSEED's most successful game to date, according to the publisher.

So much so, it's announced a new stand-alone version of the Wii exclusive which is shipping to retailers today.

“The Last Story has been an amazing title for XSEED Games and it has become our most successful title to date,” said Ken Berry, XSEED EVP. “This is a must have title for RPG fans, and we’re looking forward to more players discovering the magic that lies in Lazulis Island.”

It will run you $29.99 and remaining stock of the premium launch units which included a bonus 44-page softcover art book and a custom outer box, will now run $39.99.
