DOOM Classic Collection headed to PSN this week

What is the DOOM Classic Collection? We don't actually know, but it seems to be coming to the PlayStation network this week.

Over on the the PlayStation Blog, the regular sneak peek at upcoming titles makes a very brief mention of the release as a PSN downloadable this week.

Meanwhile the achievement hounds at Exophase have dug up a set of trophies for "DOOM Classic Complete".

From the looks of things it seems to be a bundle of DOOM and DOOM 2 to complement the DOOM 3: BFG Edition released recently.

We've asked Bethesda for details, but expect a mention in tomorrow's US PlayStation Store update.

Thanks, feitclub, Mike Bendel.
