Ninemsn to add GamesFIX gaming channel, courtesy of MMGN

Melbourne-based game site MMGN is to head up Ninemsn's dedicated gaming channel GamesFIX. Check out the details of the new content below.

MCV Pacific reports that GamesFIX can be found on NineMSN's 'entertainment' tab, and that featured content will also appear on the site's full news feed.

“We’re excited about building up the GamesFIX community and site functionality," said Hal Crawford, editor-in-chief at Ninemsn, "making it easier than ever before for the gamers to connect with others online and share relevant content via their social channels.

"This is yet another example of our commitment to building valuable new audiences and putting our users at the heart of everything we do."

MMGN's Roy Hui added, “Games are the fastest growing form of family entertainment, and we're very excited about developing GamesFIX with ninemsn. This partnership will deliver the biggest and best of the games industry to all Australian."

It comes as the 18+ game rating legislation passed through South Australian Government.
