Frank Arnot, Andy West and Pat McGovern have launched a new studio based in Dundee, Scotland. The trio boast over 50 years worth of development experience between them, having helped launch the likes of Minecraft: XBLA Edition, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion and Buzz.
Arnot, who was previously studio director at 4J Studios, is to head the new company as MD. McGovern, who was also formerly with 4J as a senior artist, is to take control of art. West will take control of coding.
The company is currently looking for funding, according to Scottish Games. It is believed the trio have a special interest in mobile and browser-based titles.
