Muramasa for Vita gets fresh batch of screenshots
As announced by Sony at TGS last September, Vanillaware’s popular Wii action title, Muramasa: The Demon Blade, is being ported over to the PlayStation Vita. It remains one of the better looking Wii games around, but today we have a fresh set of screens that show just how nice it looks on the handheld. Take a peep for yourself in the gallery below.
Muramasa: The Demon Blade for the PS Vita is out in Japan on March 28, 2013. So far, no Western port has been announced, though we wouldn’t be surprised to see one eventually.

Is a great game, but i will restrain myself from recomend it, due the thing that happened to the little king story port, the game is great one of the wii finests, but the thing is how the port will be handle, so i dont know, the game is great and worth the purchase, but i will advice nontheless the folowing, wait for the reviews in order to see if there is any port issues (bad frame rate, collisions, etc), like those found on the little king story port.

It really is fantastic Deacon. What would have worked better, tho, imo. Was to put a sequel in Vita and include the orig game as a preorder bonus, DLC, or easter egg.
Vita has enough ports already. But in truth prolly a lot of Sony owners with a case of Nintendo phobia haven’t played Muramasa yet. So for them it is a new discovery.

A much better idea OG! Sadly though, there really isn’t a lot on offer for vita right now, so port or not, I’ll take it
Little King Story is on my radar too Manu – are the issues just performance related? I can overlook a few stutters here and there, if the gameplay and story is worth it.

Am i the only one who was disappointed with Muramasa? I found the controls really annoying due to the lack of a separate jump button and the localization is bloody awful which ruins the story.
Also the game gets really monotonous because the 2 characters play EXACTLY the same unlike Odins Sphere with its unique play style for each character.

#5 Yes Deacon, they are only performance related, the rest is in the same vein as the wii version, and i mean by that i little gem of a game, if you can look pass to that is a worthy game of getting, i just wanted to point out that for some players it could be an important issue, that is good to point out, little king story rules, for me is on the top three wii games, even surpassing some Nintendo Titles.
p.s Deacon , also i do really recommend Dokuro on vita, but i probably had said that in recent threads, iam like an old broken record

#6 i understand your feelings dizzygear, the thing is that i did play both carachters just to get different swords and to blacksmith the shit out of them, even if the story was mostly the same, therefore i understand you, if you didnt like the different swords and the different style they bring while upggrading them due the blacksmithing, then it is really not incentive to re-play the game with a different character, which was different in odin sphere, another great game, that and grimgrimoire, all the games from this dev, have been great.

No worries Manu
I think I like a lot of the sort of stuff you do, so your opinion is very welcome!
