Deadly Premonition: The Director’s Cut release date narrowed down
Rising Star Games still won’t give us a date to circle on our “365 Days of Swery” calendars, but it has given us a month, and a special Halloween trailer, for Deadly Premonition: The Director’s Cut.
Deadly Premonition: The Director’s Cut is a PlayStation 3 re-release of the 2010 Xbox 360 effort, with a new scenario and overhauled controls. Its launch has been narrowed down from a vague 2013 to March 2013, according to CVG.
For those who aren’t au fait with the cult classic, it’s the product of slightly offbeat creator Hidetaka ‘Swery’ Suehiro, and has players take on the role of special agent Francis York Morgan in an open world adventure. It’s a highly divisive title which has had intimate knowledge of both ends of the review scale, and it’ll be interesting to see how fans react to the new content and less clunky combat.

@1 you are probably not going to like it. Even with improved controls it’s not really about the action. For example there is a lot of boring driving back and forth. It’s definitely an acquired taste.
It’s an awful trailer, yep.
